HISWA Show, Amsterdam, 9th and 14th February 2010
Jan Van Der Horst with his team where on the stand in World Trade Center Expo the whole week and there was a lot of interest in the boats. Specialy the D- One was an attraction as it was an new boat for the Dutch scenery.
The reaction we got on the D- one from visitors of the show gives us the feeling we have well designed boat on the market that might develope as a class fast.
Hit Masts Holland has bought 5 D-ones for testing purpose and they made several appointments to go on the water with the boat as a the ice has gone.
RYA Volvo London Dinghy Show, 6th and 7th March 2010
The RYA Volvo London Dinghy Show, at Alexandra Palace in central London, is the only show in the world dedicated to dinghy sailing. There were 217 exhibitors, showing different dinghy classes, from the tiny Optimist to the massive Thames A Rater. Other stands featured sailing kit, clothing and promoted dinghy racing clubs around the country.
The show is always popular and was packed with visitors on both Saturday and Sunday, the 6th and 7th March. After the London Boat Show in January, which had huge open spaces, it was great to see that the dinghy world is still buoyant and going strong.
We were delighted to have been invited to show the D-One on the Harken UK stand, which was a large and very professionally presented stand in what was probably the best position in the hall. The D-One attracted people to the Harken stand and visitors to Harken were attracted to the D-One, so this arrangement was very successful for both parties.
We spoke to hundreds of people over the two days, from Sweden, Belgium, Italy, Holland and France, as well as from the UK. There was very serious interest with many people making a special journey to look at the D-One. We have a long list of people wanting to test sail the boat in various parts of the country and everyone´s hard work over the winter has paid off and the show can be considered a great success.

Warsaw Boat Show, 11th - 14th March 2010
Devoti Sailing with their new racing dinghy, the D-One took part in the Warsaw Boat Show, March 11-14, 2010. Visitors were drawn by a range of both sailing and power boats, plenty of sailing accessories and a wide offer of related services.
The EXPO Hall was packed with people on all days and many of them visited the HARKEN booth. Hard to avoid it as it was right in the centre of the show.
Devoti Sailing were on hand to answer the high level of questions asked on the D-One and a lot of people were interested in a demo sail.

Mallorca
The next step will be the testing and introduction of the D-One in Palma de Mallorca at the end of March/early April.
Prague
Opening demo race of 2010 season will be held on April 16 in Prague during the Boat Show held on the Vltava river.
